If we need more info to give you a quote we'll let you know! Once we figure out what we're making and it's price, the next step is to send you a proof. This can be checked in person or via e-mail. Once the proof is approved, the sign can begin construction. How We Accept Payment: We accept all major forms of cash and check. We currently do not accept credit cards. Payment is due in full at time of receipt. In some cases, depending on the item, a deposit or payment in full is required before receipt. How to Figure Out When We're Open: FALL Mon-Fri 10AM-3PM & 4PM-5PM WINTER Mon-Fri 9AM-3PM   SPRING Mon-Fri 9AM-3PM & 4PM-6PM SUMMER Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM   We're open some Saturdays, too, by appointment. We're also happy to stay open later - but earlier may require a frappucino. How to Submit a Layout or Design Idea: If you have an idea of how you want your sign to look, you can bring in something as simple as a rough sketch or submit a .jpg or .pdf file via e-mail. If there is a specific font/lettering you would like to use, please include the name of the font or the font file itself. How to Submit a Logo: If possible, send us an .eps version of your file. This is the exact format we need to construct a sign. If this is not available, try submitting a high quality .jpg. Like layouts/designs, please include the names of fonts or the fonts themselves with your submission. We can accept these via e-mail or CD. Sometimes, we can acquire logos from prints or business cards by scanning. We offer a basic logo conversion service as a courtesy depending on the quality of what is submitted. However, if your logo requires extensive rebuilding/reconstruction, then a graphic design charge may be incurred. How Long It Takes: Most orders are processed within one business day of proof approval depending on our workload and materials on hand. Often, we've been known to stay into the wee hours of the night to finish projects for customers with an urgent need.
